Property data

Listings come from open data published by Turismo de Portugal (RNET and RNAL registries, CC BY 4.0 licence). We only publish details of the establishment. We do not publish private owners’ names or contact details. Owners can ask for a correction or removal through the correct or remove form or by email.

Requests sent through the form

We store your name, email, phone (optional), message, IP address and date, only to handle your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest). We keep this data for up to 24 months after the last contact.

Cookies and third-party services

We use one technical session cookie, only on the form, to protect against forged submissions. With your permission we use Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics for visit statistics and, only if you accept all, advertising cookies. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. List maps use OpenStreetMap, each property page uses Google Maps, and fonts use Google Fonts; these services receive your IP address to deliver the content.

The “Near me” feature only uses your location after you allow it in your browser. We round the coordinates to about 1 km and do not store them.

Your rights

You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection at info@aurabinaria.pt. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD (www.cnpd.pt).
